I forgot the legal term used in these cases where an individual will give all his assets to his cousins, parents, friends and then declare bankruptcy and says come get me I spent it all.

But the sharp investagors into these matters have ways of tracking it down, Just takes more time than siezing bank accounts.

Don't be surprised if Swiss bank accounts are involved too.
