Jack, Only one of hopefully dozen's of things one should/COULD consider before investing (emphasis on could for effect.)

One *could* also consider counting up the number of "7"s that appear in the closing price, expressed with 2 significant decimal digits to the right of the decimal point.

No 7's = no signal; hold
One 7 = strong buy
Two 7's = sell
Three 7's = buy

I'm sure I have your take on this - you've made it clear so there's no need to continue.
