Noneck: No. A halt is a halt: there is no selling; there is no buying. Anyone who bought or sold shares did so prior to the T1 halt. You may be confusing such trading with what occurred the day before when some brokerages acted upon a memo, but that was prior to the official T1 halt, and does not constitute trading during the official halt.
