Hi Guys,

New to the board... have spent some time reading through your prior posts, just to familiarize myself with the story so far...

It makes me laugh when the bashers turn up all bent out of shape for missing the real cheapies... greedy bas***ds... although I think it wont be long before anything under a penny seemed a bargain with RSDS.

I know there are other new additions to this board, other than myself... this statement is predominantly for them, not you old sweats... for anybody out there who is feeling a little weak knee'd about Rick Berman or RSDS, dont... go back to basics, look at the statement rick was required to file by NASD under Issuer's Disclosure Statement at PinkSheets.com here http://www.pinksheets.com/pdfservlet?id=7300 it lays out his background and RSDS's fundamental business strategy. Locating base and precious metals is not a new concept for RSDS, its something they have engaged in since their inception as RSLI in 1997.

Ask yourselves why anybody who admits to not owning a particular stock, would spend so much time trying to trash it on these boards...? Its a legitimate question... Doesnt Bluehorse have anything more productive to do with his time? like Trade maybe... and make some money... or is he just a roaming good samaritan trying to save us all from making the big mistake only he is convinced is occuring here... give me a f**king break... get off your high horse and go post where somebody give a s**t about your opinion... If people are happy to gamble their money away on this stock, (as pinks are after all a gamble, however good they may look...) then so what... as long as they do it with their eyes open, let them enjoy it dude... whats your real agenda?

Not sure if this has been covered... but Rick Berman is filing reports with PinkSheets.com based on the calendar year. The Annual Report for year end 2005 (12/31/2005) was released on April 20th 2006, it follows therefore that the Annual Report for 2007 could be imminent.
