Airys, you know I have really, really been trying to stay out of this fiasco... But this latest topic is really interesting to me.

YOU seem to be particularly happy about all of this "sue happy" stuff going round for posters making comments.

If you are, well get unhappy because they better include you in their frivolous suits as well for your past comments.

Why should YOU get a free pass here for voicing YOUR similar OPINIONS as others may have done?

Since you speak with the company management, maybe you should point to this post of yours and iterate to them that it is a natural thing to QUESTION when you have been mislead.

Good morning all! As some of you may already know, yesterday I sold part of my holdings simply because I got tired of the broken promises and their disregard to their investors. FYI, I still have not received a call back and I am losing faith in this company by the day.

Even if they released a great PR, who would believe them? This company has treated us investors like if we were not part of the company and quite frankly, I'm just sick of it. We gave it our best shot to find out the truth and it appears that we have found it.

I have never ever been a part of a company that has lied so much to it's investors. I have never been a part of any company that frustrates me as much as this one does. I will have a hard time believing anything they say from here on out until we get news that is really verifiable, something they appear not to be doing. They appear to be dodging all of the important questions with more promises while we are left with no clear explanation for what is going on.

Why not set up an investor CC for ALL to participate in? Why not set up an interview with a company that will webcast it to us? Instead, all we get are more promises to deliver what still has been undelivered. I'm sure most of you are just sick of this and for those reasons I feel that this company is tainted and getting to the point where no one will ever trust them again

Steve Sulja is the ONLY BOD according to them. Basically, he is a one man show who really doesn't have the experience to be the CEO. When we spoke to Steve in the CC, we barely heard a word from him. We sort of knew this before the CC started but it didn't make any sense to me. Steve may be a great guy but he is definately not CEO material. Petar is running the show behind the scenes, which is fine by me if only he stuck to the dates he has promised for the things he has promised us.

Many people here do not trust Petar. Some people say is a pathological liar. I truly believed that he was being honest with us at first but after doing some deep thinking I have come to the conclusion that maybe he did lie to our faces. Just maybe we were used to relay the lies to you guys in an attempt to stall the declining of the PPS.

Many great posters and longs in the past claim to have been lied to by Petar and it appears that maybe we were victims as well. I do not regret making the trip to Winsors and I would be willing to make the trip again if it meant that I would be getting answers, not excuses. It would be a pleasure to have an open discussion with the management but I doubt I would get the answers I really want to hear.

As I stated yesterday, I will buy on dips and for the moment I will swing trade the stock but my short term feelings about it are not too positive for now. I feel that many here will use any news to simply get out of the stock and that isn't a good thing. There is no more trust in the management and when you take into consideration that they have the SEC and RCMP watching them, it makes me nervous. They sold into the run before the AF release date and they made 12 million dollars while we drown in losses due to their broken promises.

We were used while they lined up to cash in on our money. We have not been given a fair explanation of what happened and I still get the feeling that they simply do not care about their shareholders, only themselves.

I will not let this type of management take control of my hard earned money again until I see Verifiable Proof. I will not advise anyone on what to do with the stock. I will not come here and bash the stock because that is not my style. I hope you all make a fortune with SLJB but IMO, they are not telling us the truth and may be hiding something big from us.

If we do not get any verifiable proof very soon of what they have stated in the past, others will lose patience as well and we may go sub-penny. I am not willing to take that kind of chance with my complete investment.

Yesterday some well known longs sold the majority of their positions. It is sad to me that after all of the effort we have put into this company that this is the result of our hard work. I will not blame anyone but management for what has happened. They are the ones that caused what we have here. There is no huge short position as once thought and IMO they just wanted to capitalize on us.

If the company made you a promise now would you believe it?

I bet the answer to that question is NO.

I am disgusted with how SLJB treats it's shareholders and from now on if I buy back shares they will only be for a trade.For now, I have lost the long term hopes I once had. I truly hope the company pulls a rabbit out of it's hat but I will say that it is looking pretty difficult to do with the damage that has already been done. No one trusts SLJB anymore and that is as bad as it can get.
