There are 2 issues here - the 1.5 billion shares that are real (but not registered), and the naked short position of about 2,4 billion shares (my estimate)

TELA will take care of the 1.5 billion.... leaving the 2.4 billion exposed. To cover they will have to buy TELA shares on the open market - not BHUB shares.

Those who believe without reason... cannot be convinced by reason
