IMO it's NO-MOASS. Those stuck in BHUB after the halt will receive their post-split TELA shares on a 1 for 1 basis & BHUB will simply disappear.

What happens with the remainder of real or UN-registered (fake) BHUB shares is that they will most likely be retired & it will be up to the attorneys, the DTC & the SEC to resolve the issue of the shell hijacking & falsification/distribution of bogus shares with Select American Transfer and/or the perpetrators of this scheme.

Perfect win-win-win scenario...except for no MOASS will occur.
