I'm not really crazy about Blue's postings but this is the e-mail Rick sent me saying these claims are recorded with BLM. Not defending him or anything, just reposting what i got.

BMW Mining is a small company that has sold RSDS mining claims. The claims are recored with the Bureau of Land Management in San Juan County, UT. All of our Quit Claim Deeds have been recorded in this county. If you contact the County Records and tell them what you are looking for, they will direct you to where you can find it. We are adding claims weekly, so they are becoming familiar with us.
