It's a WIN-WIN for both TELA and the true owners of BHUB.... it solves the unregistered shares problem.

TELA may easily see the $1.00 mark AFTER/DURING the swap has occurred. The NSS comes with the NEW INVESTORS for TELA, and the squeeze will be a good one.

TELA winds up with an investor base of about 700 new investors, and a very serious market cap.

I would expect TELA to do quite well from the adoring investors they have rescued.
