Hey, maybe Anthony Brandt mad a deal with Rick. That's cool if he did. All I stated was that there is NO records of it with the state of Utah Bureau of Land Management. Also, I just spoke to Anthony's partner from US Minerals in AZ and he said ORIGINALLY Rick Berman had an agreement to purchase the claims from them but NEVER paid his bill ($40,000) and so the deal was called off. He says there IS a possibility that his partner made another deal with him, but he DID NOT hear of any. He owns 1/3 of the claims - so i would think he would know. More DD to come. I have not BASHED the stock. But people have a RIGHT to see the PROOF. Fluff PR's and MASSIVE DILUTION is cause for a closer look IMO.
