This is my take on the situation...please let me know if this sounds correct...BHUB has 1.5Billion fake shares out there...TELA says we we will split our stock to create 1.5 Billionnew shares and cover the fake shares you have floating out there...in turn we will give 1 share of TELA for every 1 share of BHUB that you own...so you will now own TELA shares instead of BHUB...does this sound right??? TELA will then go after those responsible for this fiasco but if you own BHUB you will be covered.
