I think it gives us a way to trade our shares and gives TELA all the rights to BHUB and the proceeds from any litigation. It may be better as TELA, which I believe is run by Jayme Dougherty (Yucatan/BHUB), who may also have better financial means to litigate this and by owning the shares in TELA we would also benefit from anything copped in a lawsuit.
