There's always a bright side to things:

"He only got 57,000 a little bit more than half filled..he told me so I slipped in a little buy for myself.. but..it took us two weeks in at that price to get it...then he pulled out for the remainder...Says he doesn't need the money... Wish I could say that...I want to ask him for free rent..lol..."
