Someone posted a Transaction Report yesterday on all of the brokers. Do you think that some of the brokers were shorting the stock and in order to reduce their short positions are trying to reverse orders and therefore cancel out the transactions during the trading halt?
There should be no reversing any orders prior to the halt as
someone committed to selling their stock and anohter person committed to buy the stock or the trade would never have gone through right.
The only thing is, if the mms were selling shares that they didn't have they would try to reverse the orders to clear out some of their short positions.
What are your thoughts on this????
