Well, we'll see what happens...I'm cautiously optimistic that SAT will be forced to buy back the shares. I just wanted confirmation on a transfer agents responsibility when something like this happens. And knowing that SAT should have confirmed the registered of those shares with a filing and didn't...well, then, it seems pretty cut and dry to me. But then again, I'm not the SEC. LOL
