I'll repeat my thinking on this one, feel free to disagree:

NGI is a new stock. The chart's been looking better and better, as I posted earlier to Rooterjack. It looks as if it could break $5.00 soon.

Neon Communications is a reorganization of Globix, which the was the Bell Technology Group.

I don't think this is a fly by night company, and if that .0039/1 exchange is still valid, this is a clear profit. I don't see what the problem is.

Of course, the exchange needs to be verified!
