Agree with your assessment on the MM's. Going to throw out a wild speculation. Lets assume the lawsuit against the Australian firm went in IRCE's favor or a settlement outside of court was reached. Could the Australian firm have been required to purchase an x amount of IRCE stock as part of a settlement?

Interesting 1500 share sell brings the bid down to .35
