oh no! it means they got word that it wont be trading and they must send you the orig cert.. that is awful, so in fact, i am glad i traded mine in for common.. i was afraid that may happen.

the only option is to keep calling paim late at night (as they are 12 hrs diff then the u.s.) and keep trying to reach gary..

that is the email posted on the site and i have sent and received several emails from him.. until recently, he was very prompt at emailing back on weekdays.

you can either hold the cert.. or send them to john corman in CA to convert them for a fee of 50 buck.
