Back in August I sent this to the SEC regarding forms 3, 4 and 5. They said it would take 10-15 days for an answer and it looks like they came through, although it took a little longer.

I have additional information coming and will post it once I receive it.

Can you please give me some information regarding paper filings for from 3, 4 and 5?

If a company, or one of its officers, submits paper copies of these forms, do you enter the information in the EDGAR electronic database for viewing over the Internet?

If yes, how long after the submittal of the forms before they are posted?

If no, where can I view these documents and how many months worth of information do you keep in the file?

If Forms 3, 4, 5 are submitted in paper format, they are not enter them onto the EDGAR database. The documents are scanned into a .PDF format and are then made available through Disclosure, Inc. (the SEC's contract dissemination company).

To view the filings, you may either come into the Public Reference Room in the headquarters building located at 450 5th Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20549. You may also submit a request to get copies of these documents by sending a written request via U.S. mail, fax or email. Use the above mailing address and put it to the attention of the Public Reference Room. The fax number is 202.628.9001 and the email address is publicinfo@sec.gov. Please include a daytime telephone number, a return postal mailing address and a detailed statement of what you're looking for.

The retention period of these filings is 6 years.
