Interview inclosed.I think we are OK :)
They filed to move company from Florida to Delaware but changed there minds. The Delaware BHUB was left dormant and in 2005 someone tried to reactivate the Delaware BHUB and had over a billion shares printed. The AS is 50,000,000 OS is 21,000,000 as of either 1999 or 2000.The 1+billion shares was for the company in Delaware that never existed. Listen to it .
