Hmmm, I was going to open a Scottrade account becuase the sales rep in vegas said you could place limit orders in the decimals ( is, Buy at .0001) stuff.

I can't do it with USAA unless I call in and they are good about it, I just don't like having to call anybody about my money. But IF this is true with scottrade on the pinksheet/ subpennies I won't even bother with them then .

Can anymore of you verify this restriction of scottrade?
