I do not see where this symbol change will change anything if there is a NSS. If you have markers in your account for CHNW, all the broker will do is replace it with markers for EFGO. Now, if Garr was to instruct the TA to announce that all certs have been sent out in the amount of XXXX shares and we have found out through the NOBO, OBO and master cert list that there were not enough certs to go around....well...that's a horse of a different color.
