There are a lot of intelligent guys/gals here.

From all the news this is what I understand:
1- LaPosta completed the Consolidated FS and they have been reviewed in Moscow.
2- Moscow is required to have the Ministry sign off on the Assets before the statements can be published.
3- The firms interested in buying out Aurus can't make a reasonable bid until the see the assets signed off by the Ministry.
4- In a few days everything will come to a head:
* we will see the consolidated statements
* confirmation of gold shippments
* who the buyers are and what they will be offerring, then the bidding war begins.
