Ok, thats to be expected, we wouldnt want him divulging insider information now would we... :)

What about his tone, did he sound lucid, confident, upbeat, busy... apologies for continuing to pry, but I've called about 40 times and have as yet, not been lucky enough to talk to a HESG representative.... just the receptionist who answers the phone for every company in that building and Freds machine...
