Interesting. In talking about demand for ethanol in Thailand, we only seem to have talked about the "E10" initiative for ethanol in gasoline by 2010. However, there seems to be other goals out there that realte to other fuels. For instance, this report, dated less than 2 months ago, speaks of a "B10" inititive for bio-diesel in diesel fuel and an "NGV" goal of 20% green fuel in all "transport fuel":
