that is a dangerous thing to tell people because there are many who feel that an SEC suspension is VERY likely. The company itself even warned people in one of their press releases that that might happen. There are very few that when they were new to the penny markets didn't get caught in a net such as this and ended up losing one way or another, hopefully most only need the lesson once to not get snared again.
