Not. I think I know what I am talking about. GDVM not only has the problems I outlined, but a lot of other problems as well. For example, the relationship between GDVM and Nexus Asset Holdings. I know who is the real principle behind that company (it is in default in the State of Texas by the way) Cds issued by GDVM to Nexus without the proper disclosure in the 12G filing was against the law. It is robbing GDVM shareholders.

Smith owes approx 120K Canadian now and that will not be for long. All of the bills are being negotiated with respect to payment terms.

You really have no idea where things stand now. You only know how they stood at the time Van Enter had to be removed and Briner had effed them on the financing and defaulted on Unger's contract.

Things change Dogbone. Like I said, bashing a stock with a one million dollar market cap assumes more than the worst. You would have to have a Cyclone hit the WHA and wipe out all of its players and teams and leave nothing there and the shell it is in could still trade higher as in the examples I just gave you.
