Just so the investors know, the CEO is concerned about the previous situation, and I am confident that the current situation will turn around.

Dr. Hooper sent me the following email on the 10th.

Mr. XXXXXXX

I just wanted to follow-up with you. I have looked at the CVSS bulletin board on occasion since you alerted me to it. I do appreciate your honesty and your being straight forward. You are certainly correct when you classify us as a long term investment. As I mentioned before, the previous directors taking the company public last summer was, in the very best of lights, a move a year or two premature. Those directors are no longer involved with the company. Any rapid move in the stock price of a company this small and at this early a stage is much more likely to have a basis in the simple volatility of the market alone rather than any fundamental or significant change in the business itself.

We are continuing to seek and analyze the best way to go forward, not just in the research and development, but in the means to raise operating capital. As we reach significant milestones in these areas, we will release information and do so in a broader venue than just the PinkSheets.com website if it is warranted.

I have been impressed by how many posters to the InvestorsHub.com board are able to see through much of the misinformation that has appeared on the internet concerning Cardiovascular Sciences, Inc. If the InvestorsHub CVSS board continues, I will alert you and forward a copy to you, as moderator, of any releases the company makes at the time that we submit them for release to the general public.

Again, thank you and many of the other posters for trying to keep the bulletin board accurate and not misleading. Certainly a stock in a company at this stage of development serves everyone better if the price remains relatively stable or grows gradually and consistently and reflects the true business conditions in the company rather than reflecting whatever is the current rumor someone has initiated.

Larry Hooper, MD
CEO, Cardiovascular Sciences, Inc.
