Just got off the phone with the SEC and the gentleman told me that they will not put a halt to the stock because of the illegal shares being sold into the market. He is not sure who is responsible for covering those shares, whether it be the brokers or the transfer agent, but they do have to be covered. Did everyone get that, there will not be a halt, the SEC is not getting involved. BOOYAH!!!

SEC's job IS to get involved when there is "illegal activities" with securities. and how would "HE" know that these shares are illegal? Did they do an investigation into this already and were nice enough to share their investigation findings with you?
BUT WAIT - Noshad's respone CONFIRMS BULLS' line of thinking - yet no one realizes this?

I'm just relaying the response that I got. He told me that I can send in a written complaint and they will definitely look into the matter. The number is 1-800-SEC-0330 if you want to call them.

I'm sorry but I didn't, I know I should have, it would have added a whole lot more credibility, but I guess in the end we will see how this will all play out. As for me I am holding on to my shares.
