Thanks, Ruby. I'm heavily into vitamins & supplements, etc., and have been for years. I'll study on the Poly MVA. I already take some of the things it has in it, but perhaps the exact mixture has something. A personal experience like what you gave is a better recommendation than just anything I might pick up on the internet.
