Also, I have learned that the o/s will be capped at 450M, atleast for a considerable amount of time, with insiders holding approx. 150M locked shares and a float of approx. 300M shares.

For those with ANY knowledge/experience, an o/s that is 1/3 owned by insiders is a VERY good sign!
