Or maybe the people close to the deal already have enough. I am not even close to the deal and would buy more if I could but I am all in.
And the rest is called insider trading. While I do not think that is going on I would be willing to bet you a ton that the SEC which probalby hasn't been watching real close will be watching big time when a deal is announced.
I would bet that the company that doesn't get the deal will be buying just to cover their rears. If you're willing to bet millions to mine the ground why not bet thousands to make a huge profit?
