I was going to discuss this with my brother, the electrician, and we never did.....my dad and I got sick, and my brother, to our angst, did not come home for 2 weeks when we needed him the most.....so when he was here last weekend---all I did was chew him out, and make him feel as little as a mouse....hahahahahah...kidding....but I did say a couple of things...and we never talked about stocks....
Kit posted on the yahoo board, that ethostream made sense...but I have yet to determine why...OTHER than my opinion.....and that is this....
I think TKO picked them up BECAUSE Ethostream has revenue coming in....TKO needed something to bring in revenue, short term, and ethostream can do that for them....I think that is why TKO picked up the other company, as well....they now have a built in revenue stream, that will provide them with the cash to keep them going for the first 2 quarters....didn't cost TKO anything...it only cost us the shareholders via diluted shares, with no restrictions, resulting in share price decline.....TKO, with its HUGE cash burn, ((and IMO, something that the board, if not the shareholders should look into---my guess is the padded expense accounts serve certain officers of the company extremely well)), needed to have some money coming in to cover day to day, until they could sell off MST, bringing in more disposable cash....
We already know that it is not until Q3 and Q4, that the GE partnership comes to money-in-the-bank-fruition.... and we have absolutely no idea what the EDS contract, or the schools, or any of the other 'stuff' that supposedly is in the pipeline, will bring, and when for sure---'cause...well, someone gave us SOME guidance, and then said 'oops, that was not exactly right, we are going to upgrade that guidance'....and then they went silent....on vacation....
It is STILL snowing my fence has about 3 inches since this morning.....it is stunningly beautiful....looking at it from INSIDE the house....hahahahaha
