Not venting, well maybe a little. Mostly stating facts.

When the SEC was reviewing, the company got the benefit of my doubt. Now, after the filing of the N54C, and with all the brokerage restrictions, and with the general negative investor sentiment due to CB's silence, the situation is entirely different IMO. Shorts could kill this if they were allowed to.

So, now the company has to step up to the plate and defend their investors.
