I have not seen the actual contract. But if they have guaranteed 400,000 for 20 months, I am assuming that they do have something to lose. I could be wrong. But I never heard of an investment that had no down side. And that of course, includes investing in DNAP. So I have no argument with you there.
In any case I would find it a bit incredulous that La Jolla would have jumped in without some very real reason for confidence. Let's put it another way, Warren Buffet is telling people to put there money under there pillows' right about now - so if you had 8 million where would you put it?
