I don't know what this company is and who is behind it but sure it stinks. Don't get me wrong I still have 50 000 shares, sold 120 000 today for 50% loss.
I know it's my own fault and nobody else to blaime but the facts are facts and saying we will wait and see if it in fact is true what we all expect it to be is kinda foolish.

So what are the facts from sources other than from Alcar?

1. CRFA (Canadian Renewable Fuels Association) (http://www.greenfuels.org/index.htm) has never heard of Alcar Chemical Group
2. BOI (Thailand Board of Investment) (http://www.boi.go.th/english/default.asp) has never heard of Siam Renewable Energy Group
3. Alcar claimes they have contracts and "talks" with many possible clients. If you search you can't find much about those clients. They seem to exist in really strange places like Algeria etc.
4. They say their plant in Canada will be operative in summer. Yet nobody has seen it, there are no evidence whatsoever that in fact it is being built.
5. Mysterious Siam wants to remain secret, why is that? What's so secret about it?
6. Dr Cavasin is missing. Looks like he is the company and if he is unavailable the whole company just waits. They claime there are talks with clients, they are building their plant and yet there is NOBODY in the office to coordinate all that. There is nobody even to pick up the phone to say: "hey we are busy or no information at the moment".
7. If in fact Alcar's technology is that cheap compared to others, there should be big discussion about it in certain science boards, there should be a line outside their office from big respected companies in USA etc. But no, they are hiding and not communicating with anybody.

And more: the quiet period starts after IPO, there shold be no quiet period now

Just after Siam announced a buy from open market, guess what, stock tanks.

The day they registered stockholders for dividend, guess what, stock tanks. Nobody wanted to have stock that day to get dividend.

I could continue but I'm really pissed off.

There is not a single hard evidence that their technology exist, that their plant is being built, that Siam really exists etc.

Ok, if I am all wrong, then I still can sell all ACMG shares and be happy because I should get the dividend of a new company that will get to $1B in revenue within 4 years, right? I could become still pretty wealthy now being ACMG shareholder.

So this is what I'm gonna do. If this really is scam I don't own their stock and if it's right I will get the stock of a new company. No risk either way, just lost money trading it so long.

Ok, thats just my thoughts. Guess this is my last post, cause no more posts allowed for a new member in this board.
