Lesnshawn, today's news is 'good' news but Not a 'Great' news.

Today's deal is part of the daily/ordinary business (that's what they are supposed to do ). The deal will bring 'measureable' revenue.

However, if they sign a deal with the mobile carrier ( that's also part of their business plan too), then the mkt. or the public will see it a different way and they can visualize it the revenue and coverage a much 'bigger' picture. It will come !! jmho.
