Over the coming days, there will a lot of analysis on this board of the merits of this private placement. For the long term, this deal may be very helpful to Xechem. Cetainly, if the funds are used to pay off Alembic, that is a big positive.
In the short term, however, I don't see this agreement boosting the pps significantly.
Who is still in the batter's box?
Everyone -- EVERYONE -- knows that the UPS loan is a done deal.
The only short term pps driver I see on the horizon now is a possible prepurchase agreement with the Nigerian Government.
