I spoke to two attorney's from Fulbright & Jaworski, LLP

this afternoon, Zack Clement, Esq. and Andrew Black, Esq., both of whom were familiar with the company and represented the company in bankruptcy court.

I talked to them independently of each other and both were of the same opinion that the co. that purchased the shell, namely Mike Farnow and his co. were in charge and that I needed to get with him for information.

When I interviewed them both about my having bought shares with the same cusip number as the old cancelled shares both lawyers were mystified as to how that could happen.

Bet big bucks that Farnow slipped up again, whether or not on purpose is unclear.

The bottom line is that both attorney's agreed that someone owes me an explanation as to why I was sold shares that had been cancelled. They also both felt that no one has the right to cancel the shares I bought because technically they had already been cancelled and no one can just come along and make my shares disappear.

More and more this appears to be a major screwup and in my very humble opinion this is one of those few times when the shareholders here actually may come out on top, we shall see.

all my opinions as always,
