Nobody knows for sure what's going on with the negotiations, but I don't believe SIAM will ever exercise the planned warrants issued from 2008 true 2011. They're picking up shares on the open market to maintain their 55% stake in the company. I hope I'm wrong, but I think Dr. Cavasin is swimming with the sharks.
