just finished a very pleasant conversation with

the company's SEC counsel, you will find his name and telephone number on the last filing, Mr. John Heskett, Esq.

We spoke for about twenty minutes and I learned very interesting things about how this company ended up where it is today,

apparently the cancellation of the old shares was forced by their largest creditor in the bankruptcy who insisted that all prior common shares be eliminated,

this was approved by the bankruptcy court and implemented,

now, here is the best part, Mr. Heskett has absolutely no idea of how or why the old shares are still trading,

in his opinion they are still due to be cancelled as far as he understands, in fact he felt that they would be cancelled within a few weeks from now,

I then explored with him the question of how is it possible for my broker to have sold me cancelled shares?

He did not know and did not have any answer as to why the brokers are still making a market in cancelled shares,

this is getting better and better,

I also have another very important update, Pinksheets.com information is wrong, American Stock Transfer is not the current Transfer Agent for this company, I have the new TA information and will contact them and report back,

this is just getting better and better, imo
