Thank you for you email. All I can tell you right now is that we are finishing the merger and what we have said in our press releases. We are excited to have the DEP team working with us and will be very excited to have the merger done. (MY-INTERPRETATION: MERGER IS NOT COMPLETE)

It has taken longer then expected to understand what has to take place with all that they bring to our company and what that will mean going forward. (AGAIN, CONFIRMATION THAT MERGER REMAINS IN WORKS)
