You are right it is a dead issue/history and not worth mentioning anymore;

"The preferred's totally messed up the value of the stock"???

PPS was around .0005/.0006 on Sept 1st when the Preferred shares PR came out.

I believe we've been there and back a few times since.

not tryin to stir anything up-JMO's
