IMO, people are gambling and selling chunks to get into BHUB hoping the train won't leave before they get back or that there won't be a BHUB night mare.

PS I think it is happening in a pretty broad fashion and I'll buy them as they let them go for a minute. Although it is kind of late in the BHUB game.
