I'm assuming he was referring to a 12-wk. treatment , rather than the best result from all of the Prove 1/2 arms , correct ?

If so , you can also look at his statement as an indication that he thinks they will get SVRs of around 70% or so . Even just 70% (on an ITT basis) with only 12 wks. of tx. would be a huge advance , IMO.

I don't know if most VRTX investors would look at it that way , however , so maybe he is trying to soften the blow.
