exactly! also, if he is dirty, why would hull and co. use him as the vocal point man for the legal pursuit of briner? unless they're totally clueless. you'd think, though, that after all this hubub, corporate (backers, ex-stars, anyone involved who's decent) would have looked into this and figured it out.
