Yes. The vote on April 12 is what matters. Once the shareholders agree to the Contribution Agreement then it is done. Any legal paperwork that may be done later will reference the Contribution Agmt that "was approved by a majority of the shareholders on April 12th". The only way that could be change would be to announce and hold another meeting.
