To: Chuck44I The copy of the letter emailed me was a pdf file. A pdf file can't be duplicated. Call Guy Teembly the Managing Partnr of Heenan Blaikie in Monteal he will verify that Alcar has never had a relationship with Heenan Blaikie and had no authority to use their name or logo on Alcr web site. You betetr realy start worrying the State of Delaware revoked Alcar's Corproation Charter becasue the Franchise Tax was not paid in 2005 and 2006. Call the Secretary of Satte of Delaware they will transfer you to the proper party to verify this. Alcar is not evna corproation any more and has no authroity to issue shares. Hiow are you going to gete dividend shares when Alcar is not even a corproation any more. better call the dcotor and ask how the new corproation shares are going to trade when he is no longer a registered corproation. Delaware has revoked Alcar's Charter. Check it out that mans you are no longer a corproation by law. Drt. cavasin it did not even pay the taxes to keep Alcar an ongoing corproation.
