Per our conversation this date. Alcar Chemicals Pink Sheets (ACMG) fraudulently listed the #1 Law Firm in Canada as their law firm. (Heenan Blaikie). ACMG listed the law firms web site and logo until I called Heenan Blaikie and upon this information Heenan Blaikie demanded the company withdraw their name and Heenan Blaikie’s web site from ACMG’s web site. Enclosed is a letter from Heenan Blaikie to myself. When Dr. Cavasin CEO, ACMG spoke to this company Dr. Cavasin removed Heenan Blaikie’s name and web sites and LOGO from ACMG web site As the letter states Heenan Blaikie never authorized ALCR to use their name
The CEO and major share holder of this company has put out several PRs which can’t be verified, as Dr. Cavasin the CEO and major shareholder never returns telephone calls or emails. On March 15, 2007 he put out a PR stating he would be on a major radio Station in Canada on April 2, 2007. He never showed up for his interview on the Radio Station MN1. ACMG is not even a legitimate corporation. They are listed as a Delaware Corporation, but have not paid their Delaware State Franchise Tax since 2005. The State of Delaware has revoked their Corporation status, thus ACMG has no right to declare it is a legal corporation because it presently is not a legitimate because it is no longer incorporated in Delaware legally. It seems the company may be pulling off a scam and the SEC should immediately take legal action to have the shares of ACMG suspended from trading until ACMG can verify information it has released to investors. The attachment has a letter detailing the above representations to the SEC.
