Uh huh, I understand you may be frustrated. I also have some property my state highway department indicated last summer they wanted to buy for road expansion and were supposed to buy it this spring (now). I was told first of last week by their negotiator it would be November '09 before they will move on it. Get the message? Sometimes you have to wait longer for results than you originally plan. Don't get in a hurry with this stock. Otherwise, it may be wise to sell and leave the building.
